With over thirty years of experience, Laurie has deep expertise in travel management, operations, procurement, airline negotiations and technology. Laurie has led account management and operations teams, delivering KPI-driven savings.

Her career began at Carroll Travel Bureau, later managing a Thomas Cook Travel office, then business development roles. She held leadership roles with BCD Travel, Radius Travel and World Travel, Inc., and has been active in GBTA chapters.

She lives in Florida and volunteers at the Humane Society.
