Carol’s 30+ year business travel career began as an award-winning consultant, later progressing into management and global strategic sales, securing over US$400m in new client spend.

She also has extensive experience in Meetings & Events, including strategy, multinational sales, and technology implementation. Since 2009, she has consulted on improving travel and M&E programs, specializing in TMC/OBT RFPs, implementations, policy reviews, benchmarking, supplier performance and risk sourcing.

She founded Sage Travel Consulting in the UK. During COVID-19, she led Return-to-Travel strategy for a global pharmaceutical company.
