A veteran of three decades, he has managed global Travel and Card Programs for Sony Music Entertainment, McKesson Pharmaceuticals, and Salesforce.com. He created Procurian’s first Travel Center of Excellence, managing over $1B in travel spend and delivering enhancements across multiple industries.

Howard has negotiated beyond standard supplier agreements, including Executive Jets, Rideshare companies, and Meetings & Events. He has been awarded the Advancing The Industry award and is a frequent industry speaker.
